Project Description

This was a Letter of Intent in the negotiation of an owner participation agreement for the Cottonwood Meadows Senior Housing project to take place at the NEC E. Riverside Drive and S. Ancona Avenue.  The project proposal was for reimbursable public improvement costs for extending East Riverside Drive from Ancona Avenue in an easterly direction to full-width specifications, including all required utilities, street lights, curbs, gutters and sidewalks and such other associated costs eligible for reimbursement under Idaho urban renewal law.

On June 6, 2017, the EURA Chair issued a letter terminating the letter of intent for Cottonwood Senior Housing due to the fact the project was envisioned to be constructed within Eagle Lakes and was later relocated to East End Marketplace, and due to the fact the EURA had already executed an owner participation agreement on February 1, 2016 for reimbursement of improvement costs within East End Marketplace.
