Project Description

Streetscape improvement reimbursement project.  Agency agreed to reimburse the developer in an amount not to exceed $98,105 toward actual costs of construction of the streetscape project.  Streetscape project included costs for demo, site prep, concrete walks, curb and gutter, trees, tree grates, landscaping and irrigation, street lights, public utilities, survey, civil engineering and bollards.
