Project Description

Infrastructure project that includes the construction of a right-in, right-out access to the Eagle Bypass (State Highway 44) from the north, opposite the existing southerly access, to include construction of acceleration and deceleration lanes along the north side of the bypass and a public road connection from State Highway 44 to E. Plaza Drive.  The project includes the relocation and reconstruction of New Union Ditch Company facilities located within the project limits.
